Wunderkind has all these unique ornaments and toys with a Japanese flavour that really sets it apart. A special range is their Keshi ornaments, which are handpainted, wood miniatures (top row, right and bottom row, left). There are also adorable wooden magnets like the Matryoshka Bear (top left) that comes with its own decorated tin. Oh, and a wooden jumping jack bunny! (bottom right).

How adorable are these angry-looking food items from Bittersweet Friends? It's as though they are offended that they are labelled as 'cute', but their expressions only serve to make them even more appealing. Have an angry food yourself, with a choice of it as a brooch, magnet or keychain.

Just so you know, I let out a rare but very audible gasp of delight when my eyes fell upon the wares of Arthur's Circus. The retro colours! The vintage-y old-school goodness! A real brick and mortar store based in Melbourne, they also have an online shop and an etsy store.

Samyii has these adorable miniature Kokeshi dolls that are great for display (like that lovely shot above) or even to tote around as a good luck charm. I also found these little nesting bird brooches in her etsy shop (below).

What's a Plini you may ask? Well these darlings above from Magic Bean Buyer, or Plinis as they are called, are little figurines of slightly over 2 inches tall that have been hand sculpted, painted and sealed. They each come with something a little different atop their pretty little heads, from desserts to animals to teacups and mushrooms!

Now I know this might not be exactly on point, but I'm quite excited at the moment, because Singapore is headed for its first table tennis medal! It's been 48 long years without an Olympic medal to its name and it was today on Friday that Singapore won South Korea is a nail-biting semi-finals match that lasted 3 and a half hours long. (and had me screaming my lungs out almost throughout too)

Taddie (the uber cute ping pong ball cozy available in many different colours from Tadworks) seems like a good strategy for the underdogs for this Sunday's finals against Goliath China. I quote "Taddie is sure to bring you and your team a good luck to win that crucial game by fooling your opponent with the irresisitable cuteness."

For the love of miniatures, there are these well-made, all natural wood toys and figurines by Woodmouse Loves Wood. All the items are made by one very talented woman, from the design to the cutting and burning processes. And what delightful forms these miniatures are in, like the miniature mixer and gumball machines!

Claire Payne is one talented felt artist, with her cute take on felt plushies, keychains, brooches and ipod cases. I cannot for one, resist the cheeky grins of her 'fruity faces' (above) and her miniature russian dolls for brooches.

Handmade from fleece and felt, these Mr Beardsley plushies resemble monkeys and come with their unique choice of disguise - one tug and the hat and beard come off! This is such a cute, refreshing idea, and I get so tickled every time I look at a poor Mr Beardsley looking rather vulnerable without its disguise. and now for foresty friends

It was only previously that we featured monsters for plushies, and now it's time for forest animals! The Chestnut Farmer uses these creatures of lush woods as a common thread in his work, what with wearables, handy pouches and even large plushies along this theme. Particularly interesting are his range of Wood Wheely Action Figures, which he describes as half vehicle and half doll.

I'm sure we all love cute plushies for toys - but plushies in the form of monsters? Such a seemingly odd combination results in totally adorable creations when put together by Zierstiche Textildesign. Her monster friends all come with their own distinct character traits, and you can get them as plushies, finger puppets, mobile phone covers and more.

It's relatively uncommon to see plushies of human beings as opposed to cute animals or food items, and Sweet and Sour Goodies manages to make them as adorable, and possibly even more so! Each plushie comes with a unique getup, and with so many different personalities, there is definitely one that is perfect for the one you have in mind.

I've always loved playing with felt and items made from felt, and so imagine my delight when I chanced upon this seller! Paper-and-string has a wide range of items all made from felt, from craft supplies to ornaments to book covers. Plus they are in such eye-popping colours and are all shades of cute!

These miniature dolls are made from wood and have all been carefully hand painted over. Don't they just look so colourful and cute? Imagine how great it will look as a display item too when they are all lined up in a row.

I'm not a big fan of rabbits, but after looking at Cuddlet's sock bunnies, I think I might just be a a convert.

Her shop is only slightly over a month old, but I already like what I'm seeing - adorable, colourful creatures that indeed look cuddly!

Stacey Rebecca's finger puppets all have such unique expressions, from being contemplative to sheepish, and even some that look a little stunned. It's pretty fascinating that despite their size, they are all sewn with such attention to detail that each puppet is given their own distinct personality.
